Rev. Becki Barrett
Pastor Becki joined the OPPC Ministry Team in 2013 as Senior Pastor. Having been born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Becki attended Whitworth University receiving a degree in Secondary Education (English and Special Education). Having worked in youth ministry for many years, Becki attended Princeton Theological Seminary and graduated in 2002. Her previous pastoral positions were in the area of mission, care, and family ministry. Prior to becoming Senior Pastor, Becki served as an Executive Pastor enjoying leadership development, the supervision of staff and tending the business areas of the church. At OPPC, Becki is known for her humor, energy, and love for Jesus, the church and the Overlake neighborhood.

associate pastor of Adult and caring ministry
Steve is very excited to be at OPPC! He is married to Alice, and they have two adult daughters, Annie and Gracie. Annie lives in Los Angeles as an urban missionary and Gracie lives in St. Louis. Steve graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity last year. He also served as a chaplain at Harborview Hospital earlier this year while getting his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)credit. Steve worked as a lawyer for 30 years, first in a law firm in Salt Lake City and then in-house at Microsoft here in our neighborhood. He was Associate General Counsel in the Litigation group when he retired earlier this year to do his CPE. He loves to hike, read and listen to music particularly many kinds of live music. Steve and Alice are currently members at Bellevue Presbyterian. He loves learning, listening and seeing how Jesus is acting in people’s lives, and is looking forward to getting to know you all!

Bob grew up in the Midwest and moved to the Northwest in high school. Bob attended the University of Washington and received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and sociology. Bob later received an MBA from NYU. Bob's career included being an AVP for Union Bank in the real estate division in the Bay area and then in Seattle. Later, Bob joined Vyzis Development Company as EVP of marketing and finance. Bob had a desire to continue his career in a more humanitarian environment where he could give back to the community. Bob really enjoys the OPPC environment and looks forward to its future development.

Erika grew up in Federal Way, Washington and earned her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Washington. She's worked at multiple churches in various capacities around the Seattle area and, most recently, in Salina, Kansas. Her husband, Austin, is the Associate Pastor of Adult and Mission at Sammamish Presbyterian Church. When Erika isn't working at the church, she's chasing after two kiddos, Sophia (6 yrs) and Isaac (3 yrs).

Children and Youth Ministry Director
Becca was born and raised in the Chicago area and moved out to Seattle to attend Seattle Pacific University, where she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Educational Ministry. She has worked at several Seattle area churches serving both children and youth ministries. Her passion for kids and students shines in her desire to include them in the life of the Church and to walk with them as they begin to understand and form their faith. Becca is excited to be working in such a diverse and rich community, both at OPPC and in the Crossroads area. Becca loves to read (and talk about) good books, cook hearty meals, and spend time in God’s creation.

Denise Fuentes joined the OPPC staff in mid-September of 2014. Denise brings with her almost thirty years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper. She's had the privilege of coming along side a variety of small business owners and professionals for the past fifteen years. Living in Black Diamond, her family consists of two daughters (16 yrs, 19 yrs) and husband, Miguel.
