Contemporary Worship

Contemporary worship at OPPC, (once a month, usually on the last Sunday of a given month),
is conducted with contemporary music provided by the Praise  Music Team, and based on
liturgically more contemporary theme.  The format of the contemporary service is divided into
the following major sections:

Greetings and Announcements
Call to Worship
Songs of Worship
Prayer of Confession; Assurance of Pardon
Passing Our Lord's Peace; Song of Glory
Children's Message
Scripture Lesson
The Message
Congregational Prayers and the Lord's Prayer
Offertory; Doxology; Prayer of Thanksgiving
Song of Praise
Blessing

In addition, a blended worship service is conducted twice a year at OPPC.  Blended worship service is conducted with blended traditional choir and the praise team together providing worship music.
